Is Social Power Matrix a Scam ?
It’s been a while since I looked into any of these online money making opportunities, but when Kevin Fox emailed me with his own personal matrix that he just launched it was impossible for me to resist.
I know Kevin Fox from Teamwork Revolution and Teamwork Revolution Power System (both of which I joined and tried and left after the matrices collapsed).
I don’t know much about the other owner Mike Lavoie except the fact that he was the owner of Revolutionary Matrix which now appears to be this program. So my first question would be what happened to the old Revolutionary Matrix and what guarantee is there that this program will last any length of time ?
Now to answer the question as to whether or not Social Power Matrix is a Scam, I’m pretty confident to say that it isn’t, in that if you pay your $50 per month and recruit others to do the same you should make money, that is something I have no doubt about (of course I can’t bet my life on it but I would be shocked if anything else happened because these programs have ALWAYS paid me what they said they would). The problem occurs when the recruiters involved in these programs start making outrageous claims and promises about income possibilities and then people join believing in those claims only to be let down. After that is when those people in turn start to scream “scam” when really it was the recruiter and not the program that let them down.
I have to say when Kevin Told me he was starting his own program I was looking forward to seeing what he would come out with. However, I thought it was going to be much better than this. He has experience with GDI, TWR and TWRPS among other programs I am sure. So I was first of surprised to find that he decided to go with a $50 per month price tag. I remember how hard it was to get people to commit to $10 per month with Teamwork Revolution and even harder to get them to pay $30 per month with Teamwork Revolution Power System so I’m not sure what he was thinking when he decided to go with a $50/month price tag. Very interesting…
The only explanation I can think of is that he wanted to go for quality as apposed to quantity. Perhaps he thought it takes less work to get 1 guy to part with $50 per month than for 5 guys to part with $10 per month. I can’t say that I agree because I was very successful with the cheap $3 program (which has since changed from a 1 time $3 payment to a yearly $36 payment and as a result completely bombed out and died). So, just from my own experience it was exponentially harder to get people to part with higher price tags. That difficulty in turn compounds down the line as it’s growth that motivates the others down the line. This program, I think, will grow much slower than any program I have ever tried and all the programs I tried failed long term. Therefore, I am pretty confident this program will also fizzle out the way all the others have in the past.
As for the “product” that they offer in order to be legal, I can’t see any value in it whatsoever to be honest. That’s just me of course. None of the software packages or whatever are something I would use personally, and they certainly aren’t worth a monthly fee of $50. Maybe a 1 time fee of a few bucks perhaps.
I will say however that my dealings with Kevin Fox have always been good. He is a good marketer and you can certainly learn from his marketing experience and skills. He will certainly have limited success with Social Power Matrix. But I am sure it will suffer the same outcome that all the other programs have suffered.
All the best Kevin !
